Yes, consumers have a right to know what is in their food and at the same time we need to find a most promising solution to ending world hunger. I trust the science of responsible food engineering but I don't trust the motives of the food companies selling them.

I am personally fine with GMO foods, but if a municipality or a state wanted to vote for this then I think they should be allowed to choose so for themselves and their local economy.

No, we have selectively bred crops for thousands of years and labeling just adds an unfounded stigma to the science

In addition, GMOs actually help the world. There is nothing wrong with GMOs. Unless the GMO is proven harmful to anyone, there should not be any regulation on labeling for them. GMOs exist and they help. No need to fuel people's paranoia.

 @FrankCraftCongress from Florida  answered…3yrs3Y

I think the market demand will encourage producers to label as non-GMO as a sales tool.

 @8Z78X5DIndependent from Florida  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but I would prefer to ban GMOs because consumers have a right to know what is in their food.

Yes, because you don’t know if something that’s not natural can harm someone’s health.

 @8PGCJMN from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but I would prefer to limit the production of GMOs (consumers have a right to know what is in their food).

 @8NWC4KK from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, consumers have a right to know, but there should be a subcategory of GMOs to differentiate between naturally bred plants

 @8KVF3MP from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, food labels on GMO food should be required. Although it poses a promising future, people should know what they are putting into their bodies.

 @8KQW7LZ from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

At least be able to identify the ingredients and any warnings applied to the GMO, or label to be safe from copyright. If so, then it should be required.

 @8K8JBSJ from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

gmos are good it doesn't really matter if companies mark food as having gmos or not

 @8FRPVH7 from Florida  answered…5yrs5Y

GMOs are really unhealthy because its been modified and your body doesnt process GMO food as good as ORGANIC food.

 @8V9P4CT from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

Due to my religious beliefs, I choose to have a neutral opinion on this topic.

 @8VC4MKJ from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

Because I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses I am neutral regarding issues involving government and politics. However, I respect whatever the government chooses to do as long as it does not interfere with my religious practices.
