Diversity is something which shouldn’t be pushed. To be diverse isn’t something which is the ideal thing to be. We should focus on who is the better candidate, and not who is the gay candidate. That being said, we are still behind on people accepting all races and ethnicities. But that’s why it should be encouraged, not mandatory.
