No. Illegal immigrants that remain employed in the U.S. are most often done unlawfully and drastically underpaid for their labor and services. Illegal immigrants who pay taxes are also underpaid so income tax is proportionally less.

Yes, everyone who is a person that shows love, care, responsibility, and respect to everyone else should live where ever they want including right here in the good ole USA.

 @Jonscotty from Nebraska  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only to otherwise noncriminal individuals who are here already. This is a one-time offer. Fine companies that employed or currently employ illegal immigrants.

 @8QX4J98 from Nebraska  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, as long as they are not causing trouble and trying to live a better life.

Yes, if they have been paying taxes and have been a responsible member of our society, they should be given a path to citizenship

 @8H624QYLibertarian from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Must apply and go through immigration process and have no criminal record either here or country of origin

 @8DPNGQMRepublican from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Immigrants should enter the country legally. Immigrants who enter the country illegally can be given amnesty with a clean record, but should be required to pay a much higher tax rate equal to offsetting the timeline from when they entered, detracting from chasing the American dream illegally. This should not be a "better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission" situation.

 @9B4MK5D from Nebraska  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes as long as they are working toward citizenship and have not committed any crimes if they do they are deported

 @8JRLWLC from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes but force them to start becoming a citizen if they want to stay here

 @8ZSXS6Y from Nebraska  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if they pay their taxes, have no criminal record, and are willing to go through the citizenship path while actively working.

Any company that hires illegal aliens should be fined and required to set up a legal office in Mexico so they can help their workers gain legal status.
