There needs to be public social housing. More funding to shelters will help but only a band aid, I want systematic change.

yes, i think funding should be increased - but it's not a one-step problem. funding to shelters is a good start, but it doesn't solve the root of the problem, it's more like a bandaid on a gushing wound. it helps, but more funding will continually be needed the longer the actual problem goes unsolved.

Should have never been an issue if our government would use our tax dollars this **** has to stop right all ppl would have a shelter including our vets !!!

i say we help the homeless because if we get them off the stress we can try and help them get on their feet’s again

I think helping the homeless will help because it will get the homeless off the streets and get them slowly back on their feet

It would lead to other challenges as the government already has the adequate funding to provide enough shelters for the homeless.

I think that it will only help if the homeless population actually wants to live in the shelters.
